Tea:
Always take care when brewing our Blue Lotus tea as we recommended hot water for best tasting results.
  1. 3-5 grams of dried flowers per 1–2 cups (250–500 mL) of hot water
  2. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Keep remaining tea sealed in a cool place.

Wine:
Traditionally, Blue Lotus was consumed after being soaked in warm water or wine. However, any other alcohol would work, and certainly an ethanolic sublingual or ingestible tincture could be made from larger amounts. Place minimum 50g in 400ml wine and soak overnight or 1 week as the effects of Blue Lotus can be increased with alcohol.
